Therapy for all, in person as well as virtual options

Wherever you are, that is where we will begin.

“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.

- Brené Brown

Do you feel out of place or unhappy in your life? Ready for change?

Considering therapy takes a lot of courage, and so does reaching out for help and support. Wherever you are is where we will start. There is nothing too big or too small, too hard or too insignificant. Your voice and your experience deserve to be heard, and I would be honored to walk with you, wherever you are coming from, and wherever you are going.

Hi, I’m Allison.

I’m here to support you.

Taking on change is hard work and takes a tremendous amount of courage. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and providing a non-judgmental, empathetic, and safe space in which you might explore the problems and stressors in your life. My goal as your therapist is to help identify what prevents you from feeling good and accomplishing your goals, and finding ways to address these difficulties. Together, we can identify and nurture your strengths, and find hope and peace and change within suffering.

I have a passion for what I do and enjoy helping people to recognize and elicit dormant strengths, utilizing the knowledge and insight that is already present within each person. My therapeutic framework is a primarily relational model. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, Attachment Theory, and Trauma Informed Practice.

I look forward to meeting you.
